We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the business as an Office Administrator. The position is temporary, covering maternity leave.
The main purpose of the role is to oversee a portfolio of residential property and support the sales department in exceeding its objectives and targets.
The Office Administrator will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
You will need to:
- posses excellent communication skills
- have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- have the ability to network effectively
- be used to working to strict timeframes and targets
- have high levels of data entry and accuracy
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- preparing move in files
- supporting the Property Managers with maintenance (organising quotations, repairs and safety checks)
- scheduling contractors diaries
- credit control
- assisting with move in's, inventories and check outs
- overseeing renewals and all relevant accompanying paperwork
- managing services for clients (eg. professional cleaning, Gas Safety Certificates, etc)
- overseeing the referencing process for all tenants
- to ensure that maintenance works are carried out in a timely, professional manner
Experience in letting is preferred but not essential. You will need an excellent telephone manner and the willingness to listen and understand our clients needs and expectations.
Additional Requirements:
Able to work every Saturday with a day off in the week.
