One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of sterilizer, autoclave and washer disinfector equipment require a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to be a part of our machine shop.
Located in Faversham, Kent the company designs and manufactures equipment that is extensively used in the Healthcare and Laundry sector, and is looking to recruit in the local region.
Working in a busy vibrant factory the successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the machining of components used on our equipment. A flexible attitude is a must as the parts cover a wide range in both size and complexity.

Skills and qualities
Candidates to be able operate a manual lathe with collet or jawed chucks. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and to use measuring equipment.
Also having experience of using other machining centres such as vertical milling machines would be an advantage.

Hours of work are 39 hours basic between 07:30 - 1630 with overtime available.
Pay – Negotiable, depending on experience.
The company operates to ISO 9000 standards
