Eurotunnel manages, maintains and operates the Channel Tunnel from Folkestone to Coquelles in France. The service provided is unrivalled in terms of speed, ease, and reliability, and is the most environmentally friendly way to cross the Channel.

The tunnel infrastructure enables our shuttle trains to carry passenger and commercial freight vehicles and also allows the running of 3rd party passenger and freight trains. In a record
breaking 2015, Eurotunnel shuttle trains carried over 1.4 million trucks, and 2.6 million passenger vehicles and facilitated the transportation of over 1.4m tonnes of freight and some
10.4m Eurostar passengers through the Channel Tunnel.
We are seeking an Operations Duty Manager responsible for directing and coordinating the actions of bi-national teams who deliver customer service and railway operations across the Eurotunnel concession. In real time you will define the operational strategy, prioritising demands and adapting resources with the aim of ensuring safety, revenue and an excellent quality of service to customer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background within the transport or travel industry. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work under your own direction and to make prompt and clear decisions with confidence. You will need to be an excellent
communicator capable of providing direction with clear goals and objectives. English must be your first choice of language and you will need to be able to confidently communicate in French
to an intermediate level.
