THE JOB
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Overall
Hands on in all aspects of pub and restaurant management.
Specific
• Duty management
• Maintaining standards of operation
• Supervising bar and restaurant staff
• Dealing with booking enquiries

YOU
Applicants should have the following skills and qualities:-
• Educated to GCSE level
• Computer literate and numerate
• Relevant experience including supervising other staff
• Most importantly a good personality and a genuine love of working in a hospitality business.
• A desire to be fully involved in a successful business
