Batcheller Monkhouse is a partner led regional firm of chartered surveyors offering high quality diverse property related services.
We have a need within our Rural Professional Team to recruit a full-time experienced administrator to support the team with all types of general office duties.
These duties will include:
Audio typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, proof reading, answering telephone calls, invoice generation and general office assistance.
The skills required for the role are:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literate with excellent typing and IT skills (including word, outlook, excel, access)
Good telephone manner
Exceptionally organised with good time management skills
Able to work as part of the team as well as on own initiative
Keen eye for detail
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
