You must have the ability to work both by yourself and as part of a team. Common sense and flexibility are imperative along with a good sense of humour! No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include supporting clients with their shopping, attending appointments, assisting clients to budget, promoting healthy and clean living, applying for benefits, performing health and safety checks, preparing risk assessments, writing up observations, cleaning bedrooms and adhering to policies and procedures.

The role usually requires you to work day and night shifts. To work waking nights, you must have the ability to work largely by yourself and ensure you are well rested in preparation for your night shifts. Night shifts start at 9.30pm and finish at 8.30am. You must be capable of carrying out cleaning duties as this is an integral part of the night shifts along with supporting our clients as required.

We currently have full-time positions available for the right people.

You will need to be flexible and prepared to work on a 24 hour 7 day rota.
