Holywell Park is a friendly family run care home providing both residential & nursing care for the elderly & we are currently planning to expand our team of Activities Co-ordinators Full & part time hours available, to include some weekend cover.
We are looking for friendly, confident, outgoing individuals with experience either in an activities role or within in the elderly care sector.
You will be working with small groups of residents as well as individually. You need to be able to plan/trial/assess new activities as well as carry out regular planned activities.
Good Verbal & written communication is essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative & good time management skills.
Completion of documentation and input into Residents individual Care Plans will be included as part of your role.
You will be working closely with our existing activities team as well as our care team to provide individualised activities to stimulate & occupy our Residents on a daily basis.
