We currently are looking for a Production Controller to join our progressive Operations Team to help deliver customer expectations.

In this role you will take on the responsibility of leading and managing all aspects of a designated production area.

Your role will include:

• Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full to the required standard.
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Managing, leading, motivating and monitoring the production team in line with business KPIs and production targets.
• Responsible for health, safety and hygiene.

You will need:
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills

You will be required to work 5 days on 2 days off working 45 hours per week to include weekend working on a rota basis.
