Hardmans is a long established High Street firm, operating from Park Street for over 120 years.
A vacancy is available for a Full Time Receptionist/Admin Support Assistant.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
•Answering the telephone
•Dealing with clients and other professionals face to face
•Scanning and attaching documents to a case management system
•Sorting post and distributing accordingly
•Provide support to the Partners with various administration duties
•Processing payments and dealing with client ID documents in line with the firm’s AML policy
Ideally, you should have experience with:-
•Case Management Systems
•Word, Excel and Outlook
•Audio Typing
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Interviews will take place Friday 27th January 2017.
