Mid Kent Electrical Engineering Co (MKE) is the South East’s largest independent electrical engineering company with 3 sites across Kent and Essex. Due to the increasing demands of industry for adherence to H&S/QA systems there is a need to expand this area of the business. As such, the company is looking for an Assistant to work alongside their existing H&S/QA Advisor at our head office in Sittingbourne.
Primarily the role will be to provide administration support to the H&S/QA Advisor, which will involve conducting Health & Safety related checks on the business, ordering supplies, helping to conduct both internal and external audits, maintaining the Company’s ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, flexible in their approach and able to manage their time and workload effectively to suit the varying nature of tasks.
