Apprentice Customer Service / Receptionist
37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract
£126 per week, plus employee discounts including discounted gym membership

Come and join our team at Ramsgate Leisure Centre as an Apprentice Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for an individual without any previous relevant experience to get a foot in the door in an admin/reception role. As part of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will undertake their NVQ Level 2 in customer service (paid for by Your Leisure) whilst they are also paid to gain valuable front of house and admin experience in a busy and variable role. Many of our previous apprentices have gone on to secure permanent employment within the Company on completion of their apprenticeship.

The post reports directly to the shift Team Leader and through to the Centre Manager.

The successful candidate will work within and with the support of our current team of Receptionists and must be willing and eligible to undertake an NVQ Level 2 as part of their apprenticeship. Flexibility regarding hours of work will be required as shifts include regular early mornings, late evenings and weekend working.

In addition, all applicants must have the desire to deliver excellent customer service and will be expected to comply with the Companies Health & Safety policies. Successful candidates will be subject to a full DBS check where applicable.
