We are seeking a driven, hard-working individual/team player, enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious individual to take on the role of Commercial Lead- Econveyancing

This is a full time role based in Snodland. You will be reporting directly into the Wholesale Revenue Manager.



Key responsibilities



* Coordinate work allocation and prioritisation of multiple work flows to achieve SLA's for each.

* Complete Water and Drainage search batches accurately and within timescales.

* Respond to highways and adhoc map requests

* Manage site visits.

* Complete monthly reconciliations and invoicing

* Respond to enquiries and queries in a professional and efficient manner



Qualifications and Experience:



* You must have proven experience in data entry and administration activities

* Proven ability to effectively manage customer queries, face to face, telephone and written.

* A minimum of 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent).

* Strong data processing skills and a working knowledge of MS Office.



Personal Qualities:



* You must have a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.

* You must be flexible and adaptable.

* Be able to work under pressure.

* Have excellent interpersonal skills.

* Have excellent administrational skills

* Be able to positively work as part of a multi-skilled team.
