Due to growth and expansion we are now looking for a Sales Administrator, to join the sales team selling an array of top quality products.
Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £15k - £20k basic salary DOE plus Annual Bonus scheme
Hours: 37.5hrs per week 09:00 - 17:30
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous telephone, customer service or account management experience
- A high energy approach to sales and service
- The desire to succeed
- A friendly positive personality
The role will include:
- Taking inbound customer calls and orders
- Responding to customer enquiries by email and live chat
- Providing support to the Account Management Team
- Assist customers with their orders
- Deal with new and established clients
- Process purchase orders
- Be able to up sell and cross sell different product ranges
- Take on additional ad-hoc duties
