Experienced Sales Executive
Team Tactics - events company, Selling, near Canterbury

Team Tactics is a highly regarded events company established 21 years, providing corporate team building events and client entertainment mainly to London clients B2B. We are based in a small rural office between Canterbury and Ashford with 5 staff, however we pack a powerful punch; we provide a wide range of events to a huge variety of blue chip companies.


Your main responsibility will be to win new business for the company and work to achieve and exceed sales targets. If you are a sales professional living in South East Kent with proven track record of developing new business via sales over the phone, in a relaxed but highly motivated small team this could be the role for you.

About you:
You must have proven sales experience, we are looking for high achievers
You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills mostly on the phone
Have an organized and planned approach to sales
Self-motivated and target driven
Willing to work out of office hours - may require regular evening event work in London (time in lieu provided)
We would hope that the successful candidate will not require much hand holding once fully trained. We love staff to take responsibility themselves.


The job?

Mostly telesales and sales over the phone. If you aren't happy spending a day at a time sieving through past enquiries and using your experience/LinkedIn/google to drill down to locate the right person within an organisation, this job is not for you.
The ability to relate to a senior director but equally to an administrator over the phone. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, develop relationships and negotiate with clients at all levels.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
You will be required daily to reach out to potential and existing customers and grow your own client base
Researching prospects to identify revenue opportunities, business needs, decision-makers and influencers.
Must be professional, articulate, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Salary - dependent on candidates experience
Bonus scheme, uncapped
