37 hours per week flexible start and finish time between 8am and 5.30pm (on call rota after 6 months)

Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We are looking for a talented IT Support Technician with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of hardware, fault diagnostics and repairs. You will provide assistance with all aspects of maintaining and developing the IT systems for all Demelza sites.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this is an exciting role with exposure to a range of cutting edge technologies. The ideal candidate for the IT Support Technician role will be an excellent communicator who can liaise with all areas of business, They will be logically minded, with a certain level of tenacity and an ability to maintain their focus with an ever changing workload.

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and meeting service levels for management and users alike. If you are an IT Support Technician with a skillset that includes; Windows, Servers, Networking, Active Directory, then we would like to hear from you.

This role will require travel throughout our catchment area, so a valid driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.
