A Commercial/Domestic Electrician is required to join a fully serviced facilities company, based in Kent, operating throughout London, M25 and surrounding areas.
Looking to recruit an approved Commercial/ Domestic Electrician, to join their ever expanding team of specialist tradesmen.
The role will involve all aspects of electrical work within commercial and domestic properties, throughout their large portfolio of clients, both in private and public sectors.
Works will include planned works, installations and reactive.
Call outs, cover, out of hours and weekends will be based on a rota system, usually one in four weeks.
The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
• Good knowledge of commercial and domestic installations
• A highly motivated attitude to work
• Excellent Customer facing skills
• Team Player as well as capable of working alone
• Hold BS7671- 17th Edition, Test/ Inspection to 2391 or 2394/95 certification as a minimum
• Be confident in testing and inspection
• Competent in compiling test sheets on completion of works, online certification
• 3 Phase work experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Hold full driving licence for minimum of 4 years
• Good knowledge and experience in fault finding/ rectification
• Boiler / CH controls an advantage
• Emergency lighting and Fire Alarm installations

As a Commercial/ Domestic Electrician, you will receive a salary of between £28,000 - £37,000, depending on experience, plus call out Allowance and overtime
