Our expanding Retail Department seeks an experienced and inspirational individual to join our team.
As part of the Retail Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that annual retail targets are met. As an inspirational manager you will be able to inspire, develop and motivate Shop Managers to be a cohesive and highly performing team.
You will be a resourceful individual who demonstrates initiative and the willingness to learn whilst taking ownership and responsibility for completing tasks and achieving targets.
You will be given every opportunity for your career to thrive and develop personally and professionally though our training and development opportunities.
Hospice in the Weald strives to raise £7 million every year so that we can provide compassionate, individualised, holistic and supportive care for all patients with a terminal illness, their families and carers in a community of approximately 350,000 over an area of 400 sq. miles West Kent and Northern East Sussex. We are based in Pembury in a beautiful rural setting, close to historic Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent and are just 30 miles south of London.
