Branch Sales Manager – Ashford / Maidstone Area
Johnsons Garden Buildings are South East’s largest independent provider of outdoor space solutions, installing home offices, home gyms and summerhouses across the Home Counties.
Due to continuous expansion and growth we are looking to recruit a professional sales person for the role of Branch Sales Manager in one of our already established display villages.
The Role:
Your day to day responsibilities will be to manage your branch duties, from qualifying initial leads through the entire sales process to accepting and finalising customer orders.
This will include on and off sale processes.
Key Skills:
• Sales experience is essential as is a proven track record
• Highly self-motivating individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook due to the process and procedures in place
• Full driving license required and own car essential
• Weekend work essential
The Package:
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, OTE £37,000
Hours: Full Time
Weekend work essential
Comprehensive induction and full product training given
