A great role for a leading Financial Services provider based in Hildenborough is looking to appoint 2 Re-Registrations and Transfers Associates. This is a great role for somebody who is looking to build a career with a corporate, market leading organisation.

Working Hours - 8am-6pm (hours will vary between this time slot)
Monday - Friday
Salary up-to £21,500pa

The ideal candidate will be well organised, articulate, have excellent customer service skills and will ideally have some experience within Financial or Professional Services.

The roles involves taking incoming phone calls from Wealth Managers with regards to Asset Re-registrations and Transfer queries.
You will be obtaining or providing information about new and existing customer accounts as well as troubleshooting, resolving and preventing issues.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, general administration, you will have good working knowledge of Microsoft office and comfortable working in a structured environment.
