This fast growing MSP based in Sittingbourne is a well established and market leading supplier of IT infrastructure and managed services.
They provide a variety of managed services and hosted solutions to businesses all over the world. Working as part of the engineering team and alongside senior engineers you will be responsible for the continued support and development of their very popular hosted solutions as well as customers' diverse on premise infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and interpersonal skills with some project management capabilities, preferably with extensive previous experience in a service provider or corporate environment. You must be able to demonstrate proven abilities in the design, implementation and support of a variety of IT solutions.
Required Skills
· Windows Server advanced troubleshooting skills
· Exchange Deployment, configuration and best practice implementation
· Hyper V and VMWare advanced implementation skills and troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of Azure, Office365 implementation and migration
· Project management and implementation skills included on-boarding and auditing processes
· RDS/Terminal Server - Active Directory, DFS, Security, GPO
· Powershell - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
· Customer facing with the ability to communicate at a director level in plain no technical language

Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have industry recognised qualifications such as MCITP.
