This role will suit an experienced Consultant who has a successful track record within Commercial Recruitment and who is looking to develop their career with a company who can offer progression and autonomy in a supportive, friendly and dynamic environment.
You may be working as a Recruitment Consultant, or Temps Controller for a larger Consulting firm or SME and be enthusiastic about the prospect of joining an organisation where you can be innovative and have key input into the strategic direction of your own business.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Managing the delivery of engagements, delivering and generating revenue and owning client relationships.
Business development; identifying sales opportunities and account development.
Developing expert understanding of a client's business.
Developing trust and long term relationships with your clients.
Supporting the evolution of internal business areas, interest groups, and thought leadership.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience of 360 Recruitment Consultant role either permanent, contract or both.
Established relationships and a high level of credibility with a range of clients.
A proven track record in working to a significant sales target.
Ability to inspire, motivate and to establish a good working relationships within the organisation.
Able to hit the ground running through existing contacts is very desirable but not essential.
