Our Kent based Client is seeking an entrepreneurial National Account Executive. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of two years experience selling products at National Account level (essential).

Our client sells packaging so an understanding of building brands and ranges is desirable as is experience of selling within the Grocery/Discounter/Convenience stores.

The main purpose of the role will be to maintain and develop relationships with new & existing clients and grow sales.

Candidates will possess the following skills / attributes;

• Confident & assertive
• Excellent negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with blue chip companies.
• Strong persuasiveness, rapport building, negotiation & listening skills.
• Experience in working under pressure to deadlines
• A meticulous eye for detail.

In return for hard work and commitment you will be paid an attractive basic salary with an excellent commission structure + car + 25 days leave + 8 BH + pension.
