MAIDSTONE'S LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRE A SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
BASIC SALARY UP £16/18,000 DOE - OTE £37,000 uncapped
NO TARGETS - Just the opportunity to earn as much as you can. The commission structure is very rewarding.
This is your chance to have a career with a fresh and boutique agency who offer great career progression due to their pending expansion.
The position is for a SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR who wants to progress their career. You must be able to show good communication skills and have a desire to earn, in return you will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching client needs for buying & selling of properties
• Valuing and listing properties for sale
• Excell at generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Contacting customers with new properties that have come to the market
• Conducting viewings around properties in the local area
You will have estate agency or relevant property experience within the industry, be used to working in a sales environment and enjoy over achieving and providing excellent levels of customer service.
This is a dynamic role where you no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
Excellent ongoing training and career progression for the successful candidate.
