Restaurant Manager – Boutique hotel – going for accolades
An exciting opportunity to join this new boutique hotel opening in late February 2017. Once refurbishment is complete, this small 20 bedroom property will have a 40 cover fine dining restaurant, an 18 cover function room and a chef’s table that seats up to 12 guests.
The seasonal menus will be an eclectic mix of modern European food with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced products created to a 3 AA Rosette/Michelin Star standard. The restaurant will be operating for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner seven days a week.
They are seeking an ambitious, career minded Restaurant Manager to join them with a successful background working within the luxury hotel industry. Alternatively you may currently be working within the F&B department and have the dynamism, confidence and experience to take the next step in your career.
