Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Officer to work from their lovely offices in Broadstairs.
The role entails being on the telephone all day dealing with customer queries and issues. You will be responsible for providing impeccable customer services whilst upselling and introducing a range of products to buy.
Although this is an inbound role there are targets, so you must be goal orientated and be extremely confident on the telephone. You must also be able to take calls in an extremely professional manner and work within the company guidelines and structure. You must be able to type accurately, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
