Our Client is looking a Specifications Tecnologist to join there Technical/Quality Team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 20 days Holiday + bank holidays. Free Parking on site.

Key Responsibilities will be to generate finished product specifications over multiple formats including te major retailers, and other key Customers.

You will also be responsible for gathering required information from suppliers and vetting the information for compliance with the full support from the supply Compliance Technologist, whilst managing the customer's expectations and time scales.

This role requires indepentant working as working within a team.

Key Skills

Specifucation Experience.
HACCP / CCP awareness / qualification with potential to contribute to HACCP team.
Allergen awareness / qualification and Training.
Familiarity with technical documentation and terminology.

Key Duties

Completion and maintenance of key customer own format product specifications.

Generate and manage in house specifications and ensure accurate completion.

Aid completion of in house raw material.

Liase with raw material suppliers to attain relevant details and information required to complete specification formats.

Liaise with all departments to ensure customer requests are met within deadlines.
