Due to our growing business at Mack in Paddock Wood, we have several opportunities to join our industry leading packing and distribution facilities as a Production Line Leader/Team Leader.
As a Line Leader/Team Leader with us you will be responsible for managing a fresh produce production line of between 5 to 15 people, ensuring your team are working effectively and efficiently to fulfil customer orders, adhering to health and safety and hygiene standards.
We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience line leading or as a team leader and have a food industry/FMCG/manufacturing background.
We can offer you the opportunity to be part of the Fresca Group who are the largest privately owned supplier of fresh produce in the UK. We support all the major supermarkets in the UK and source from over 80 countries worldwide.
Our benefits include:
• £9.16 per hour paid weekly (this equates to an annual salary of £19052.80)
• 25 days holiday plus eight bank holidays per annum

• Subsidised canteen & deli bar
• Free on-site parking
We operate a 40 hour working week (1 hour unpaid lunch break) on a 5 days working 2 days off shift pattern. You will work 4 days in the week and 1 day at the weekend. Shifts are variable with the earliest start time of 5:45am and latest finish 10.15pm. There is the opportunity to work overtime and flexibility is essential.
