Connect2Kent are looking for a full time temporary Quality Assurance Officer to provide support to the Troubled Families
Programme around evidencing impact and contributing to the processing of payment by results
claims.

The role will support the quality assurance element of checking and reviewing closed Social Care Cases against the Programme requirements.

Main Activities:

1. The role will support the quality assurance checking and reviewing of closed Social Care Cases. Checking alignment to the Programme requirements, including ensuring the right level of evidence is in place; in terms of demonstrating improvements and impact of interventions with families.

2. This role will involve the reviewing of closed CP and Chin cases, checking Assessments, Plans and other relevant documents against programme requirements. This will involve liaison with internal teams and partners to gather required information and evidence as necessary.

3. Deal with telephone and electronic enquiries from colleagues regarding the quality assurance process and requirements.

4. Devise and oversee a range of administrative tracking systems, including monitoring all cases reviewed and tasks in which the manager is involved, to ensure that progress is maintained on behalf of the line manager where possible and that all relevant action is taken as necessary.

5. In line with Service needs, some tasks may need to change and any changes will be made in consultation with the postholder.

A BDS check is required for this post at a cost of £25.
