A corporate and successful business are looking for someone to start immediately to cover the sole payroll for the organisation.
Duties include:
*Monthly sole payroll processing 350 employees, from starter to leaver. Processing all pay types and deductions, cycle scheme, court orders, student loans, and statutory payments.
*Integrating time and attendance to Payroll.
*Calculating bonuses and accruals
*Uploading Bacs file for authorisation and issuing 3rd party payments to Pension, CSA, Health Shield and GAYE.
*Submission of monthly and annual statutory return and payments to HMRC following RTI requirements.
*Preparation and submission of employees annual P11D's, setting up and calculating of Payroll Settlement Agreements (PSA) and answering payroll, pension and employee benefit queries from employees
*All year end payroll processes and opening the new tax year in accordance with new laws and legislation.
*Annual payroll budget and headcount report.
*Reconciling monthly Payroll, PAYE, Pension and Flexible Benefits transactions to the nominal ledger in SAP.
*Payment of Monthly salaries, PAYE/NI, Salary related Purchase Invoices and Season Ticket Loans
It is essential that you have worked within a sole payroll position, able to work on your own initiative with little training. You will also need to have a strong financial background and advanced Excel skills.
