HR/ Payroll Advisor
Sittingbourne- £23,000
My client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team and play a crucial lead in their established HR department. This is a Maternity contract until 2018.
Key Duties
* The first point of contact for all HR enquiries
* Coordinating the monthly Payroll process
* Dealing with queries in the absence of the HR Business Partners
* Liaise with employees at all levels and co-ordinate with all business areas
* Offering a professional telephone answering service and providing information and assistance in response to general enquiries.
* Process all new starters information
* Managing the leaver process for all employees
* Support all staff and managers in providing advice on policies and procedures
* Update Head of HR of any actions and issues as appropriate
* Maintain and develop competence
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working as a HR Advisor
* Efficient time management
* Motivated self-started
