My client based in West Kent is a specialist organisation committed to providing exceptional services. They are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to take responsibility for managing a large end to end payroll process. You will be working on 400+ payrolls ranging in size, so experience working in a fast paced environment is necessary.
You will be working with other members of the team, as well as employees throughout the business, so strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities will include:
-Management of Payroll function and established team of 2
-Responsible for overseeing the payroll processing team end to end (including postings to the general ledger), checking of documentation and reconciliations performed at the level expected and within the required timeframe
-Responsible for P11D, P60 and P45
-Monitoring of PAYE and pension requirements to ensure full compliance
The ideal candidate will possess circa four years + experience in a similar role, handling end to end processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Payroll Manager to take the reins of a small yet established team.
