The main purpose of this role is to drive forward customer initiatives and improvements to the customer claims journey, ensuring we are constantly striving for the highest levels of service. The role holder will be responsible for identifying improvements following in depth reviews of customer feedback, MOT and customer survey results and process reviews and driving the implementation of these. A key requirement is to ensure that we are adhering to the One Saga vision and acting appropriately.
