MNP Complete Care Group own 4 Residential Care Homes in the Folkestone area. Our homes provide residential care and support to disabled and vulnerable adults. We specialise in the delivery of Person Centred Care and our Philosophy is to make the caring profession an enjoyable experience for residents, their families and carers alike.
We currently have several vacancies for Full Time Care Assistants to join our experienced care teams. Ideally you will have some previous experience of working within a care setting, however, full and ongoing training will be provided. Essentially you must have a caring nature and be able to make a difference to our residents by going the extra mile.
A CRB/DBS Enhanced Check is required and is funded by the employer. There are no uniform expenses but we do have a standard dress code.
2 References are required, 1 being from your current or last employer.
All probationary and induction training is delivered locally to new staff working towards the Care Certificate being awarded to successful trainees. Compulsory and refresher training given to all staff.
Opportunities are available for advancement in employment to the roles of Senior Carers and Team Leaders.
Contracted shifts available are: Average of 35 hours per week. Early shift – 7.00 am to 2.30 pm. Late shift – 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
