Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this high-profile role will see you provide independent risk management oversight and the expertise to drive industry best practice throughout the organisation. You will be our ‘thought leader’ on all risk issues as you review and challenge registers, co-ordinate analysis activities, deliver training to colleagues and present reports at Governance meetings.

Educated to at least degree level, you should bring a thorough understanding of current developments in enterprise risk management. Sound experience of working with the FCA and other regulatory authorities is also essential, coupled with first-rate leadership, communication and IT skills.

As important as all of that, you must have the vision, presence and confidence to persuade and influence thinking at senior management level. You will constantly look to challenge the status quo on risk, bringing a sharp focus that keeps Saga Services Ltd at the forefront of the industry.
