Mortgage Servicing Manager, Chatham

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has been appointed to recruit for a Mortgage Servicing team Manager for a specialist lending and retail group. Hugely successful and enjoying great expansion, this company offers a friendly and professional working environment.

The Mortgage Servicing Manager is responsible for all UK Mortgage Servicing activities for the company overseeing all processing activity from Completion through to account closure and enquires from UK teams, India and Solicitors. A key part of the role is the line management, performance management and development of a team of Mortgage Servicing staff. The role will involve occasional travel to the bank’s subsidiaries, including the back office processing team in India.

The Mortgage Servicing Manager will report direct to the Operations Manager with a strong engagement with key stakeholders within the business and key third parties. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Mortgage Servicing and mortgage products whilst also possessing experience in staff management ensuring customer requests are managed within agreed service levels and to a high quality.
