Registered Care Manager - Maidstone ( £25 000 - £ 30 000 per annum + Bonus Scheme)

Requirements for the role
QCF Level 5 achieved/ working towards
Previous experience working in domiciliary care
Previous experience as a care coordinator preferable
Full Drivers Licence and your own transport.
You do not need to have been a registered care manager before but experience of managing a team is preferable.
It is essential that you have strong leaderships skills, an ability to motivate and inspire your team and passionate about raising the standards of care
