The Role
We need an extra sales person in small team to increase conversion. We will expect you to respond to generated leads and incoming enquiries with the ultimate intention of maximizing the sales opportunity and turning these into orders.
You need to identify and implement lead opportunities and generate leads for conversion. Working with the team and leading ideas to create more orders for the business.
The opportunity to grow with the company is there for the right person.
About You
We are looking for someone ambitious, dynamic and educated with an energetic with a positive, motivated can-do attitude.
The ability to think quickly, with initiative and heaps of common sense is very important. You must be trustworthy, honest, good at problem solving and be highly organised. A motivated yet patient person, with an acute attention to detail and be able to motivate others with an energetic persuasive character.
You should be able to work alone with motivation and initiative, or be able to pull together with a team, performing well with others. A dynamic, flexible, resourceful character is essential in this environment.
A proven sales or business development track record is required, ideally experience in dealing with new start up business and entrepreneurs.

The hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, working days. 37.5hrs per week, full time and permanent with a generous holiday allowance.
Full product training will be provided, as we are small it will be on the job!
Salary starting at £39000 and a 2 month temporary contract, to be taken on permanently if the 2 months are successful and a bonus scheme put in place.
