W.E Roberts is offering the exciting opportunity for someone with warehouse experience and a flexible can do attitude to join the busy Warehouse in our family business supplying packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and polybags based in Northfleet. The right candidate will be a skilled Warehouse Operative that has the ability to function well as part of a busy team. They must have very effective organisational and communication skills.

Duties:

• Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
• Picking and packing products.
• Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched.
• Labelling goods that have arrived at the warehouse.
• Preparing deliveries for the lorry drivers.
• Moving and organising stock.
• Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse.
• Storing stock away safely.
• Removing hazardous products from the warehouse.
• Signing Using Mechanical Handling Equipment i.e. pump trucks to move goods around warehouse.
• Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
