My client, a financial services organisation based in state of the art offices in Tunbridge Wells are looking for two Sales Account Managers to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, great and exciting business. This position is field based and covers the UK therefore will require you to stay away from home on a fairly regular basis, however, you will be in the office on both a Monday and Friday.

You must have industry experience and/ or recruitment experience, due to the nature of this business/ role an understanding of how recruitment works is key.

Your aim will be to increase the number of contractors paid through the company`s books by promoting services to businesses as well as individual contract workers.

Each business development person will be assigned a number of existing clients to account manage and by developing relationships with owners and managers within these businesses you will be expected to increase the number of contractors referred to you.

Relationships are built through regular telephone and face to face contact, presenting existing and new products and by ensuring that clients receive the best customer service.

In addition to the account management role you are expected to sell services to new clients. New Clients are found by referrals, networking, contractors who move jobs,/ agencies, cold calling by telephone and in person.

You will be targeted on both new business development as well as increasing existing business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales skills, strong social skills, organisational skills, strong customer service skills, be a good relationship builder, trustworthy, team player, focused on achievement, enthusiastic, well presented, ability to understand a complex financial product, willing to learn new skills and punctual.

Full driving license required as this is predominantly a field based role.

Basic salary up to 25K plus commission with company car and bens.
