Our client has a large real estate team within their professional services organisation and this is an excellent opportunity for a person who has marketing / BD experience to join a dynamic and growing business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy and planning – working with internal stakeholders to develop business development and marketing plans; assess competitors; target, track and monitor actions and outcomes.
Targeting and prospecting – develop and propose BD and marketing campaign ideas to target key audiences; research and identify opportunities; develop relationships with referrers and collaborate marketing efforts.
Pitches, proposals and tender submissions – project manage all aspects of the tender process from initial qualification through to presentation; produce quality pitch documents and coordinate feedback.
Customer Relationship Management – research, track and identify client accounts to retain and grow; work with team to achieve growth and obtain and promote client feedback.
PR and Marketing – plan, manage and deliver on marketing activity including events, marketing collateral and website content management; manage insets including directories and awards submissions; help to ensure profile is raised through use of media and PR.
Management of information, projects and budgets – promote success stories, maximise on networking opportunities; monitor outcomes against costs and manage budget.
The successful candidate should have 2 years’ plus experience within a B2B marketing role, ideally within professional services. This should include experience of business development such as account management, bids, events and campaign management. Excellent communication skills are essential together with a charismatic personality and credible approach. You should also be flexible, energetic and self-motivated whilst working well in a team environment.
Salary up to £35,000 + benefits after qualifying period to include pension scheme, PMI, income protection and 5 weeks’ holiday. Standard office hours with flexibility to work around these.
