We have a great opportunity for an individual to join the Compliance team as a Compliance Monitoring Officer.

Are you determined to make a difference, dedicated to ensuring we continue to treat our customers fairly, and helping our business ensure it is meeting the requirements of our primary regulator the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The purpose of the role is to work within the Compliance Monitoring team to establish that our business is working in accordance with the principles, rules, and requirements of the FCA. Liaising with the business to identify any control weaknesses, risks, and areas for improvement, you will work to ensure that these are addressed in a business focused, timely manner. This is a demanding role requiring someone who is technically competent with FCA regulation experience, confident, and diplomatic. Ideally you will have a background in compliance monitoring or auditing and preferably have some experience of working within the Life, Pensions and Investment industry.
