Recruiting on behalf of a well-managed comprehensive in Folkestone, we are looking to appoint a driven and focused Head of Department of Maths.
You will be accountable for 20 staff within the faculty, providing support and guidance, motivation and direction. You will be committed to raising the standards of the department and achievements of students. Your teaching role will consist of Year 11 solely.
This position is suited to a strong yet personable Head of Department, Maths Lead or very experienced Maths teacher, looking to further their career.
• MPS or UPS plus TLR 1c (£10,860)
• Responsible for 20 staff
