Community Support / Carers - for "Double Handed Rounds"

The number one agency in the area for "double Handed" calls with over 700 hours per week and growing just in double handed calls and a Kent County Council Contracted Agency.

We are now recruiting care workers for Maidstone, Coxheath, Yalding, Wateringbury, East and West Malling and other surrounding areas.

You will be joining an independent family owned and operated company based in Aylesford. We are one of only 19 Home Care Agencies in Kent to hold an official contract with Kent County Council. We provide services for people of all ages and with varying needs of Care and Support. We are looking for people to join their team to provide the very best service they can.

Experience an advantage but not essential as a full training program including induction training will be provided.

Must be able to drive with the use of own car and a mobile phone. May consider non-drivers if you live near an employed driver.
- Full and part time positions (minimum 16 Hours)
- Guaranteed Hours and Fixed shifts available.
- Must be able to work alternate weekends or a Saturday or Sunday each week.

- Work on a "long day" 3 days on 3 days off on a rolling rota
- Wages start at £8.00 P/H after probationary period WITH NO EXPERIENCE
- Wages start at £8.25 P/H if you already hold a QCF/NVQ2 or equivalent in Care (must have certificate)
- Enhanced pay for unsocial hours Monday to Friday
- Additional pay for Saturday social and unsocial hours
- Additional pay for Sunday social and unsocial hours
- Mileage payments plus increase per mile if you pick up a non driver
- Fortnightly pay
- 28 days paid holiday, pro-rata (all holiday pay based on actual hours worked in the previous 12 weeks)

- Continued in house training provided and an opportunity to take advanced NCFE life-time training certificates in various aspects of care.
