A very busy 6m+ turnover National M&E contractor based in Detling, require a part time Accounts assistant.
Reporting directly to Finance manager, the role will be varied and cover all aspects of accounting function.
This role would suit someone who is looking for a job that can work around school runs.
The working hours are very flexible for the correct person, however we envisage Tues/Wed/Thurs 9.30-2.30, so 15 hours a week.
Job Description:
inputting Supplier invoices
Calculation of staff timesheets
Checking staff Expenses
Raising Sales invoices on Service software
Adhoc filing and any other accounting/admin duties required
Opening Supplier Credit accounts when required
Completing new client application forms
Not essential, but very helpful:
HR and H&S Experience
Immediately Available
You must also be:
Excellent microsoft skills
minimum 5 years experience
Excellent knowledge of Sage Line 50

The successful candidate will receive £8 - £12/hour depending on experience.
