Full Time, Part Time, Evening and Weekend hours. WE DO ASK OUR STAFF TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
Our shifts are 7am-11am, 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm and 6pm-10pm. Full days are available if preferred.
As a care assistant you will visit local elderly and/or disabled customers in their own homes to offer companionship and support through a variety of tasks to help them remain independent.
Your duties as a Home Carer will include:
Assistance with daily living needs and personal care of service users.
Meal preparation.
Monitoring and prompting medication.
Assistance with household and domestic duties.
Providing social and companionship care (such as shopping, visit family/friends, day trips).
Delivering the highest quality person-centred care.
Adhering to our company policies and procedures at all times.
Following care plans.
Applicants will ideally have experience in home care, however non experience candidates will also be considered as we do provide full training to those who demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to work in the care sector.
Excellent rates of pay (from £10 to £13 per hour) depending on clients, flexible hours, branded uniform, contribution toward mileage (up to 44 p per mile), full training, extra pay on Bank Holidays, individual and team incentives and many more.
