Pensdown is currently seeking an experienced, multi-skilled Electrical Engineer to support our clients at multiple sites mainly in the South of England.
As an Electrical Engineer you will respond to call outs and reactive works, carry out fault finding and repairs and document appropriately. You also be part of a strong installation team on project work with all aspects of electrical installation.

• Responsibilities will include:
o Working as an individual or part of a team on project installation works.
o Periodic testing and repairs of emergency lighting installations in accordance with BS-5266
o Electrical call outs on small power installations
o All aspects of electrical installation work
o Fault finding and repairs to electrical installations
o Removal/replacement of luminaires and lamps
o Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports including Testing to BS 7671
o Completion of Minor Works Certificates
o A basic knowledge of voice & data installations would be an advantage
o IPAF, PASMA


• The individual:
o Minimum JIB Approved with at least 10 years Experienced in Electrical Maintenance, installation & repairs
o Should have 17th Edition
o 2391 or 2394/2395 Qualifications or they can show that they can meet the equivalent standard.
o A basic knowledge of voice & data installations would be an advantage but not essential.
o IPAF, PASMA
o Must possess excellent customer service skills and have proven track record
o Willing to work flexibly to work weekends/nights/away from home on occasions
