If you’re looking for a new challenge and come from a strong sales background with the experience of managing a results driven team then we need you to join our growing team. You'll have at least two years experience in a sales team leader role and be looking for a challenging but rewarding role in a fast paced, dynamic contact centre environment. You'll need to have the drive and determination to succeed, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team to meet company targets.

About you

Essential skills and experience:
- A strong sales background is essential as well as the management experience of a sales/results driven team within a call centre
- At least two years’ experience of sales/results management within a contact centre environment, and exposure to client interaction
- Able to learn, understand and communicate technical detail in line with HMRC guidelines
- An active role in the recruitment and development of operational staff
- Ability to drive and encourage a team to achieve goals, performance, and customer expectations
- Ability to produce & interpret reports, analyse trends and adapt accordingly, and to understand and act on organisation, departmental, and individual KPI’S
- Ability to prioritise and time manage
- Confident in leading group discussions
- Methodical yet flexible approach and attitude to change
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Able to cope under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self Motivated and able to motivate and inspire others
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

Duties & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team delivering departmental targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Inspire the team with energy and motivation to succeed, and provide regular coaching on an individual and team basis with an emphasis towards achieving sales targets
- Mentor staff to attain departmental service standards by setting relevant objectives and providing consistent feedback
- Identify and implement improvements for scripts and processes to achieve maximum results
- Optimise available resources through effective rota planning and robust management of absence ensuring a consistent approach across the business
- Manage and challenge staff performance through analysis of reporting, regular one to one’s and performance reviews
- Identify training needs across the team and implement individual and team development plans and solutions to maximise personal performance
- Identify areas for improvement and growth, demonstrating end to end vision across the service offering, to maximise performance across the department.
- Instigate and manage disciplinary action where appropriate in line with company policies and HR approval
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments and staff to meet company objectives and targets

Hours

Our hours of business are 8.30 -8.30 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturday. You will be expected to work 37.5 hrs per week across these hours to include some evenings and Saturdays.
