The role

We are looking for personal carers/enablers to support people in the Medway Towns to regain their independence following discharge from hospital. Some experience in a care environment would be preferred but is not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team are essential. Please confirm you have a clean full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which can be used for work purposes on your CV / covering letter.

As a personal carer/enabler you will work under the guidance of the rehab therapy team, taking responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our patients.

You will be required to support and motivate patients with personal care activities and support the individuals with their reablement program and will help to maintain accurate records.

Flexible / part time working hours, covering hours that could span over 24 hours a day
£8.25 per hour and £9.49 per hour for hours worked between 7pm and 11pm Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday
