FGS are a recruitment agency specialising within Digital Media, Learning & Development and Business Information.

In November 2016 we will be welcoming an intake of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a training programme where you will learn the skills required to become a force to be reckoned with in recruitment.

You will be in training for a minimum six-month period and once you have consistently hit your target for three consecutive months, you will graduate from the programme to become a Recruitment Consultant.

Your background will have included Sales, Customer Service or you will be a Graduate looking for an exciting career.
PASSION, determination and common sense with a strong work ethic and great attitude.
GOAL ORIENTATED Genuine desire to increase personal income with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
TALKATIVE We love to talk! To candidates, to clients and to each other.
PERSONABLE and confident with strong communication skills both face-to-face and on the phone.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
If you think recruitment is just about being sat at a desk all day, talking to candidates and clients on the phone, then you’ll be surprised. There’s actually a lot more to it. Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing as a recruitment consultant with us here at FGS.
Using social media platforms such as LinkedIn to source passive candidates for your jobs. Did you know 80% of the market are not actively job seeking?
Working alongside marketing to promote your desk.
Feeling amazing as you ring the bell and celebrate your first deal. We’ll probably get the beers out at this point too

WHERE YOU'LL GO...
You will start as a Trainee for 0-3 months and then as you progress we will see you though your recruitment career and over the next 2 years. After this period, there will be opportunities to manage teams, manage key accounts or work in our New London office…

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
Starting salary of £18k
A generous commission structure with the ability to earn from 10% of your target up to 25%
Realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) of £36k in your first year and £45k in your second year.
Opportunity to progress to Senior Consultant or Head of Division earning between £55-60k!
