Ethelbert Children's Services are seeking applications from individuals with strong motivational and leadership skills to meet forthcoming vacancies. These are for both permanent contracts and also for fixed term contracts, to cover maternity leave.

The successful applicant(s) will have a firm foundation in childcare and hold or be willing to obtain the following qualifications and have the relevant previous experience shown:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care in Children and Young People or equivalent

At least two years relevant residential care experience within the past 5 years

At least one years experience in a supervisory and/o management position

Good knowledge and experience of supporting children who are cared for.

A sound knowledge and understanding of the current Quality Standards, Children's Homes Regulations and the Ofsted Inspection process
